Tatiana Cruz Kundalini yogaMy name is Tatiana and I’m very excited to meet you and share with you all my knowledge about personal transformation. I am now a certified level I Kundalini Teacher, but my love for yoga started a long, long time ago. Early in my life, I developed a passion for sports. Ultimately, this would lead me to be an MVP rower at Ohio State University and even a member of the Russian Olympic Rowing Team. It was my time at OSU when I first had my experiences with yoga and meditation. Although it was tough for me to appreciate these things in my twenties, and I failed to integrate them as parts of my daily life, these concepts and practices would find their ways back into my life as continued to search for peace and happiness. It was in my mid-thirties when I went through personal life traumas that my desire for spiritual connection began to grow. I would fulfill my spiritual need in part to a form of yoga known as Kundalini which provided me a means towards coping with the many stressors and challenges in life. It is now that I find myself in a position ready to share my knowledge and experience with others so they too may find peace, happiness, self-power, and ultimately take a small step towards well being.
