What Do I Wear To Kundalini Yoga Class?

Wear clothes in class you can move freely in. Main thing to remember – comfort rules! Wear clothes you can sit comfortably in. For example, baggy trousers with a vest or leggings and a little dress / t-shirt combo.

What Do I Bring To Class?

In light of today’s environment of viruses and calls to sanitation and strictly personal use for many items we kindly ask that you bring your own yoga mat, light blanket or a towel (to cover yourself during the deep relaxation part), water bottle. We will provide purified water, tea, and light snacks for after the practice.

Do I Need Any Prior Yoga Experience?

No prior experience necessary. Just come with an open mind and curiosity. We will provide knowledge and transformation.

What If I Get Tired?

Oh, yes, sometimes you will get tired. Very tired! =) But no judgement! We always want you to listen to your body and push yourself only as far as you can that particular day. If you need to stop and come out of the exercise, we invite you to do so, however we do encourage you to come back to the kriya and make your practice work for you.

I Have A Medical Condition Or Injure. Can I Still Participate In Class?

Sure! Our practice welcomes everyone, just make sure to speak with the teacher about your condition/injury before the class.

Is There A Set Class Schedule?

Yes, please arrive 5 minutes prior to get yourself situated and prepare for the practice.

What If I Have To Leave Early?

Life happens! If you must end your practice early, just finish up with a couple of long deep breaths and be respectful to everyone around you as you head out.

WHO SHOULDN’T ATTEND A SOUND BATH?

As a precaution, it is NOT recommended that you take part in a sound healing session in the following circumstances:

If you are within the first three months of pregnancy

If you have epilepsy or experience seizures of any kind

If you have any unmanaged mental health issues such as PTSD, personality disorder or schizophrenia. Generalized stress and anxiety or depression to not exclude you from attending)

If you are fitted with a pacemaker or have a heart condition

If you are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

In the following circumstances, please EMAIL US before attending:

If you have any metal implants, or have had recent surgery, broken bones or other major physical injuries

If you suffer from, or have in the past suffered from tinnitus or any other condition which could be triggered by sound

If you are currently, or have previously, attended counseling or psychotherapy sessions
